WELCOME TO MY HOUSE.

FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY.

Gallery Welcome to My House is a reaction to the ubiquitous materialism and consumerist way of life. All the still lifes are found, none of them were pre-planned. In the heat of a ferocious, obtuse material enthusiasm for a new piece of furniture, the old piece is taken out into nature and thrown there to remain as a monument to human baseness and silliness. However, in photographs these abandoned objects take on new meaning. They lead to reflections on what we actually really need, what is really necessary. In this way, they become an irrefutable, clear testimony to the ridiculous fatuity of material possessions and proof of the impermanence of things. Well then - welcome to my house.
