This brief article follows ►previous from 2017 year. It discussed the strange casting (merging) of details in photographs created with first generation Fujifilm (Sony) X-Trans cameras.
I was wondering, whether these unwanted artifacts also appeared in photographs taken with X-Trans sensor cameras of the last two generations (eg. X-H1, X-T3, X-T30 etc.) After thorough examinations, which lasted six months, I can confirm, that not.
I worked with Fujifilm X-H1 and X-T3 cameras. The development of RAW images took place mainly in the Capture One Pro, but I tried Adobe Lightroom Classic too, also without problems. The following photographs are proof, that X-Trans sensors in last two generations have overcome their initial ills and now we can safely use cameras with them.
